Job Description

As the Inside Sales Manager for our Retail business in Entrego, you will be planning and leading the Inside Sales team for this business, targeting high-volume shipping MSMEs (Micro-, Small- and Medium-Enterprises). You will help create and implement our sales strategy, and spearhead initiatives that will continuously improve your team’s performance. You will help set targets for your team, and will be empowered to reach those goals through marketing, product and operational support from the rest of the business. The role is based in BGC, Taguig.


You will be responsible for:

  • To set up and lead the Inside Sales Team of Entrego Retail, including all related processes and tools
  • Set goals, manage KPIs and attain team targets by leading the Inside Sales team
  • Hire, coach, motivate and help create development and learning opportunities. Monitor and correct performance of team members on a regular basis
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs; Handle escalations and large profile customers
  • Provide customer feedback to Product, Customer Service, Operations and Marketing
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Serve as the representative and point-of-contact for inside sales with the rest of the business unit and Entrego as a whole


Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-4+ years of proven sales and sales leadership experience, with a track record of creating a new team and setting up new processes and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Skills required include: Problem-solving, Communications, Sales, Process design, People Development, Inside Sales and Analytical skills, Strong Business Sense
  • Preferably has experience in Lead/Demand Generation, Sales Incentive design, Sales Planning and Customer Service
  • Must be customer-obsessed, results-driven and highly competitive
  • Experience leading sales team/s targeting small and medium enterprises
  • Preferably has experience within the logistics and/or e-commerce industry
  • Experience working independently and a track record of taking initiative
