Internal Title: Manager – Supply and Training

As the Rider Community Manager, you will ensure  a smooth continuous pipeline of recruitment, training, and onboarding for our rider partners. You will work with our Hub Managers to devise community programs for our riders and expand their benefits by tapping into our existing business partners. Ensuring a steady supply of high-performing riders and scaling recruitment to meet our growing demand while managing rider attrition will be the key to our success!

You will be part of the Project Management Office.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Overseeing and measuring effectiveness of rider recruitment campaigns
  • Working with operations team to ensure consistent supply of high-performing riders at critical hubs.
  • Developing community events and benefits to reduce rider attrition and increase job satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in mass recruiting/HR for BPO/Logistic Companies
  • Great interpersonal skills: Empathetic, respectful, patient and should possess effective communication skills in Tagalog/English
  • Strong customer service orientation, high motivation and the strive for excellence and happiness
  • Able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig
