We are looking to hire for a Manpower Coordinator under our Vendor Management team. He or she will be in-charge with the daily tasks and coordination of the Vendor Management team such as, but not limited to:
- Contract Management
- Manpower Coordination and Admin support
- Manpower Accreditation and Verification
- Coordination with the rest of business stakeholders (Operations, Legal and Finance)
- Database Management
- Bachelor's degree holder with at least a year of relevant experience and preferably exposed in the Logistics industry.
- Relevant experience with Fleet or Manpower Hiring
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Go-getter and keen to details
- Has experience with managing and coordinating third-party manpower service providers
- Must be available ASAP
