Job Description

We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal team. The role is based in BGC, Taguig.
 
Responsibilities: 
 
1. Administration Services and Contract Management
  • Responsible for printing and liaising with the other Groups for execution of agreements or necessary documents
  • Archive executed documents
2. Research 
  • Aids in the research pertaining to requests for legal opinion
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder; Preferably graduate of Legal Management/Law
  • Must have 1 year prior experience as a paralegal, administrative or similar relevant work
  • Experience in assisting business permit applications and BIR registrations
  • Experience in liaising with government offices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent oral, written and organizational skills
  • Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to effectively function in a busy, team-oriented environment
