The role will provide an efficient pick-up and delivery service, support to customers on any issues regarding features of services, while complying with all operational, security and safety policies, procedures and processes with the objective of meeting service commitments and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management
Load and unload, sort, pick up, and deliver packages; inspect packages to ensure they conform to features of service; organize delivery and pick up schedule for the route; operate telecommunications equipment to liaise with dispatch / customers / couriers; comply with all scanning requirements utilizing relevant scanning equipment; maintain log and all vehicle paperwork in order to provide internal and external customers with quality pick-up and delivery service that meets cut-offs and delivery commitments.
 
2.Customer Relationship Management
Act as a customer interface; advise customers on features of service and associated documentation; ensure customer confirm receipt of package or pick up via signature; prepare customer documentation; inform customers on its services; respond to customer enquiry and issues, Dispatch and Customer Service on special customer requirements in order to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize revenues.
 
3. Quality Management
Complete and submit all operational paperwork on time; support surrounding routes; audit all shipping documentation and labeling; maintain vehicle cleanliness in order ensure compliance to all operational policies, processes and procedures.
 
4. Safety and Security Management
Observe safety; assist on vehicle inspections and report safety issues/maintenance requirements; safeguard customer property; determine acceptance of packages, advise customers on special requirements when necessary; ensure security of property and vehicle; adhere to all safety policies and follow all safe working procedures; report all faulty equipment and hazards; report all injuries/unsafe incidents/accidents; practice safe lifting techniques; participate in all safety training; utilize all personal protective equipment as provided and instructed by the Company; support safety initiatives by authorities.
